Everyone wants to live in a home that smells beautiful. The trouble is, getting that ‘beautiful’ scent just right can be more tricky than is expected.
When scenting your home, the key word is balance. You want the space to smell strong enough so you can make out that there is a scent, but not so strong as to be overwhelming on the senses. Even a scent that smells lovely becomes not at all lovely if the home is pungent with it.
Candles are a great way to scent a home. If you decide to use them be sure to burn them for up to six hours. This will give them enough time to release the tight amount of scent into the living spaces. If you use floral fragrances, blending them with citrus and woody notes, such as Lumira’s Persian Rose and Cuban Tobacco candles can give a nice effect.
